Autogenic Training – Level 1

Autogenic Training, developed by J.H. Schultz, is a very effective self-relaxation technique. It is a method inducing one’s autonomic nervous system by using a set of visualizations. Regular practice of Autogenic Training helps to strengthen one’s identity, reduce stress and to work through everyday problems more easily. It is also recommended by psychosomatic illnesses (e.g. Migraines, High Blood Pressure, Ulcers, and Colitis).

The effectiveness of Autogenic Training that one will discover during Level 1 is:

1. Relaxation
2. Nervousness reduction
3. Performance enhancement
4. Increased concentration
5. Stronger immune system

Jikiden Reiki

Jikiden Reiki is an authentic Japanese lineage of Reiki and the direct teaching of Dr. Chujiro Hayashi, one of Mr. Usui’s prominent students.

I learned Jikiden Reiki from Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi, the son of the late Chiyoko Yamaguchi who studied Reiki with Dr. Hayashi.

Jikiden Reiki is not westernized , pure and easy to learn.
