Rebalancing

Rebalancing is a manual, integrated Bodywork that brings the body and mind back in balance (Re-balancing). While connective tissue is deeply massaged, joints, muscles and ligaments are released and energy blockages are freed, shifting the body back to its original nature.  Physical tension decreases and body movements become more supple, thereby producing a healthy body awareness and sense of well-being.

Rebalancing is helpful with disorders of the back, knee and hip, pain, muscle tension, or by postural problems as well as by psychological strain, stress or nervousness.
